Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained
¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Crackers or vegetable sticks, for serving
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crushed pineapple, and green onions.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth and fully combined.
