Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained

¼ cup green onions, finely chopped

¼ cup chopped pecans

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Crackers or vegetable sticks, for serving


Instructions

1️⃣ Mix the Cheese Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crushed pineapple, and green onions.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth and fully combined.

2️⃣ Chill the Cheese Ball

Shape the mixture into a ball.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

3️⃣ Coat with Pecans

Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the chopped pecans until evenly coated.

4️⃣ Shape into a Wreath

Place the coated cheese ball on a serving platter.
Gently press a hole in the center and shape into a wreath (ring).

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve

 

Sprinkle generously with fresh parsley to create a festive wreath look.
