Description
You know those desserts that make you feel like a kid again? The ones that are just as delightful to look at as they are to eat? That’s exactly what Pink Cloud Marshmallow Fudge is all about. Soft, pastel, and candy-sweet, this easy-to-make treat tastes like fluffy nostalgia wrapped in creamy white chocolate. It’s got the smoothness of fudge, the playful lightness of marshmallows, and just enough sparkle to make it a party-perfect sweet.
Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1–1½ tsp bubblegum flavoring (or vanilla)
Pink gel food coloring (2–4 drops for pastel pink)
1½–2 cups mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
1. Prep Your Pan
Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on all sides. This helps lift the fudge out cleanly once set.
⏱️ Time: 2 minutes
2. Melt the White Chocolate & Condensed Milk
In a saucepan over low heat, stir together:
-
2 cups white chocolate chips
-
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Keep stirring constantly until smooth and glossy. Don’t rush—white chocolate burns easily.
⏱️ Time: 5–7 minutes
3. Add Flavor & Color
Remove from heat and stir in:
-
1–1½ tsp bubblegum flavoring (or your preferred extract)
-
2–4 drops pink gel food coloring
Mix until completely smooth and evenly pink.
⏱️ Time: 1 minute
4. Cool Slightly, Then Add Marshmallows
Let the mixture cool for 1–2 minutes, then fold in:
-
1½ to 2 cups mini marshmallows
Stir gently to avoid melting or crushing them—they should stay intact and fluffy.
⏱️ Time: 2 minutes
5. Pour & Decorate
Pour the fudge into your prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula, then press extra mini marshmallows or sprinkles gently on top.
⏱️ Time: 1 minute
6. Chill Until Set
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until the fudge is fully set and firm. Then lift it out using the parchment overhang.
⏱️ Time: Chill 2–3 hours
7. Slice & Serve
Use a sharp knife to cut into squares. Clean the knife between cuts for neat edges. Serve chilled or at room temp.
⏱️ Time: 1 minute
