- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
- Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, mixing well. If desired, add pink food coloring and mix until evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows without crushing.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes or until fully set.
- Remove from the dish using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
