Description

A delightful and creamy marshmallow fudge with a charming pink hue, perfect for any dessert table.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, mixing well. If desired, add pink food coloring and mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in mini marshmallows without crushing.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes or until fully set.
  7. Remove from the dish using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
