Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cupcake tin with colorful liners.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and chopped pistachios in a medium bowl.
- Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract to enrich the batter.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
