Description

A quick, cheesy casserole that combines cottage cheese, mozzarella, marinara, and veggies, delivering the comfort of pizza without the hassle of dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust or greased baking dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, marinara sauce, diced vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish or on top of the pizza crust and smooth it out with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
