- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pre-made pizza crust or greased baking dish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, marinara sauce, diced vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish or on top of the pizza crust and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Avoid adding soggy vegetables; pat them dry if necessary. Let the bake rest before slicing for best results.
