- 500g ground meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2–3 green chilies, slit
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in minced ginger and garlic, cooking for about a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and slit green chilies, cooking until tomatoes soften.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in diced potatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add enough water to cover the mixture and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.

Feel free to customize with different meats or add vegetables for extra nutrition.
