Praline Chex Crunch is an ultra-crunchy, caramel-coated snack made from Chex cereal and whole pecans. It’s sweet, buttery, and addictive—a perfect treat for any occasion!

- 6 cups Corn Chex (or Crispix)
- 2 cups whole pecans
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
- In a huge bowl, combine Corn Chex and whole pecans.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Stir until it comes to a gentle boil and cook for 3 minutes until glossy and thick.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda (the mixture will foam).
- Pour the caramel over the Chex and pecans and gently fold to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let it cool completely, then break into clusters.
