Instructions
- Remove labels and adhesive residue from the jars.
- Stabilize the jar on a plate with something on either side to prevent rolling.
- In the center of the plate, place the jar.
- Plan your flower design using tweezers for precision, and apply Mod Podge on the desired areas.
- Work in small sections, allowing each area to dry for 15 minutes before moving to the next.
- Layer flowers and trim stems as needed with scissors.
- Carefully attach flowers with layered petals, lifting the upper petals with tweezers to apply Mod Podge underneath and press down with plastic wrap.
- Seal your designs by applying a final coat of Mod Podge—note that it will appear milky but will dry clear.
- Create hanging handles from wire, choosing a color that complements your design.
- Select tea-light candles for use in your lanterns.
