Description

Decadent cheesecake balls filled with a rich cream cheese filling and coated in a crunchy pretzel-oat mixture, drizzled with white chocolate and a touch of sea salt.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed salted pretzels
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Scoop out about 1-inch balls of the mixture and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze for 30 to 45 minutes until firm.
  4. Prepare the coating by mixing crushed pretzels and rolled oats in a shallow bowl.
  5. Dip each cheesecake ball into the caramel sauce to coat.
  6. Coat with the pretzel-oat mixture immediately.
  7. Chill the coated balls in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  8. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the cheesecake balls.
  9. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if desired.
  10. Chill again until fully set.
