½ cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup honey or ½ cup light corn syrup 🍯

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons butter 🧈

1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers 🤍

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Flaky sea salt, for topping 🌊


Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, honey (or corn syrup), brown sugar, and butter. Stir until melted and gently bubbling.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add the broken pretzels and fold until each piece is coated in the glossy caramel mixture. 😍

Scoop large, tall clusters onto the baking sheet using a ¼-cup scoop. Do not flatten — this keeps the chunky, rustic look. Let cool slightly.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate and coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy. Allow to cool for 1 minute to thicken slightly. 🤍
