- 200g lean ground beef
- 2 medium potatoes, diced skin on
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks for 7-10 minutes until browned.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot fitted with a steamer basket and steam the broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
- Plate the ground beef, crispy potatoes, and steamed broccoli, seasoning with salt and pepper.
