Description

A hearty and flavorful dish featuring seasoned ground beef, crispy herb-roasted potatoes, and vibrant steamed broccoli, all in one satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g lean ground beef
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced skin on
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  5. Bring water to a boil in a pot fitted with a steamer basket and steam the broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Plate the ground beef, crispy potatoes, and steamed broccoli, seasoning with salt and pepper.
