- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup M&M candies (preferably pastel colors for Easter)
- Chocolate chips for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well until combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the M&M candies until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden.
- Use chocolate chips to create bunny faces on the cookies if desired.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, make sure butter is at room temperature and do not overmix the dough.
