Ingredients

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Mashed potatoes, rice, or salad (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad with extra sauce spooned over the meat and sides.
Notes
You can thicken the sauce at the end if preferred, using cornstarch mixed with cold water.
