Ingredients

- For topping: 1 tbsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour, baking soda, powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and zucchini.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, pour into pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes.
