Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Submerge the chicken breasts and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Prepare the creamy sauce: In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and seasoning. Chill until ready.
  3. Dredge the chicken: Combine flour with spices in a bowl. Remove marinated chicken and dredge in the seasoned flour.
