- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha for glaze
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce for glaze
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 20 to 24 small meatballs, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes until light brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C).
- Prepare the glaze by simmering honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Glaze the meatballs in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, consider using an air fryer. Adjust sriracha to control spice levels.
