Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender pork in a luscious honey garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Pork (tender cuts like tenderloin or shoulder)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (cilantro or green onions for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by heating the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully add the pork to the pan, sautéing for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and rice vinegar over the pork, stirring to coat.
  4. Let the sauce bubble and thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle in the fresh herbs and toss to mix before removing from heat.
  6. Plate the pork, drizzling any remaining sauce from the pan over the top.

Notes

Marinate the pork in the sauce a few hours ahead for deeper flavor. Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
