Description

An indulgent dessert combining rich chocolate brownies, creamy chocolate pudding, and fresh strawberries, layered to perfection for a delightful presentation.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding (3.94 ounce boxes)
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix in a large bowl, combining the mix with the ingredients suggested on the box.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into your greased 9×13 pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix.
  7. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens significantly.
  8. Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip, creating a smooth mixture.
  9. In your trifle bowl, start by placing a layer of brownie squares at the bottom.
  10. Next, spoon on a layer of the chocolate cream mixture, spreading it out evenly.
  11. Add a generous layer of sliced strawberries on top.
  12. Repeat layers until you reach the top of your bowl, ending with a layer of chocolate cream.
  13. Top it all off with the remaining Cool Whip and a sprinkle of strawberries or chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes
