Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your muffin tin generously.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese, milk, oil, and egg until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries softly to avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over each muffin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
