A delightful and creamy dessert combining sweet strawberries, a rich cake soaked in strawberry milk, and a crunchy Oreo topping that brings a taste of summer in every bite.

- 1 White sheet cake (baked in a 9x13 dish)
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- ½ cup whole milk
- 3 oz. package strawberry jello (divided)
- 8 oz. container of Cool Whip or frozen whipped topping (thawed)
- 25 Golden Oreos (about 1 package)
- ¼ cup salted butter (melted)
- Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare and bake the white cake according to the package instructions in your greased 9×13 glass baking dish. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine evaporated milk with half of the strawberry gelatin powder. Stir until dissolved and let cool slightly.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and whole milk until well combined.
- Poke holes all over the cooled cake with a bamboo skewer or the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Pour the strawberry milk mixture over the cake and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Spread the Cool Whip over the chilled cake.
- Crush the Golden Oreos and combine with melted butter and remaining strawberry gelatin powder.
- Sprinkle the cookie mixture over the Cool Whip layer and gently press down.
- Serve chilled with more Cool Whip and fresh strawberries if desired.
Notes
This cake can be made a day in advance to enhance flavors. Ensure it cools completely before adding the soaking liquid.
