- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add baking powder and corn starch, mixing until the dough is even.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips by hand.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges set and the top is slightly firm.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool fully.

Serve warm or at room temperature. Pairs well with cold milk or vanilla ice cream.
