- 8 soft flour tortillas
- 2 cups strawberry pie filling
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Stir the strawberry pie filling with vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Take a tortilla and add a generous spoonful of the strawberry mixture near one edge, then roll it tightly.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in sugar and cinnamon until dissolved.
- Pour the butter-cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the rolled tortillas.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden, and the glaze bubbles.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
