Description

A playful and elegant dessert that combines creamy cheesecake, strawberries, and graham cracker crust wrapped in tortillas, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Make the graham crumb mixture. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup graham cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour in 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter and stir until the crumbs clump together.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a clean mixing bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream. Gently fold 1 cup of whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula.
  4. Assemble the base on the tortilla. Lay one tortilla flat, sprinkle a thin layer of the graham crumb mixture over it, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  5. Spread the filling. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla and spread it into an even layer.
  6. Add the strawberries. Arrange half of the sliced strawberries on top of the filling.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly, sealing the seam with plastic wrap.
  8. Chill, slice, and serve. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
