Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by chopping and optionally macerating with powdered sugar and lemon juice for flavor.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold the strawberries into the whipped cream gently.
- Add cake crumbs and mix until cohesive.
- Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into egg-like ovals.
- Optional: Dip in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
- Let the eggs set in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before serving.
