  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment.
  2. Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla until combined.
