- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup tonic water (for glow effect)

- Glow-in-the-dark paint (non-toxic)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until a thick paste forms.
- Add the tonic water, sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into smaller portions and add different food coloring to each portion to create vibrant colors.
- Knead each colored portion until the color is evenly distributed.
- Roll each portion into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Using a brush, lightly coat each ball with non-toxic glow-in-the-dark paint.
- Allow the balls to dry for about 10 minutes.
- Once dry, bounce and enjoy the glowing effect in a dark room!
