Ingredients

- 2 oz Clear school glue (like Elmer’s)
- 1/4 cup Liquid starch
- Glow-in-the-dark paint (or phosphorescent powder)
- 2–3 drops Food coloring (neon colors work best)
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch (for extra bounce)
- Mixing bowls & spoons
- Disposable gloves (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together 2 oz of clear glue and 1 tbsp cornstarch until smooth.
- Add glow-in-the-dark paint (or phosphorescent powder).
- Drop in 2-3 drops of food coloring and lightly swirl for a marbled effect.
- Slowly pour in 1/4 cup liquid starch, stirring continuously until a gel forms.
- Put on gloves and knead the mixture until thick.
- Roll between your palms for 1 minute to form a smooth, round ball.
- Place the ball under a bright light for 30 seconds to charge the glow.
- Turn off the lights and enjoy your glowing, bouncy creation!

- This is a fun project for kids, but adult supervision is recommended.
- Make sure to charge the balls under bright light for the best glow effect.
