Description

A delightful fusion of traditional taco flavors with the hearty goodness of a rice bowl.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook thoroughly until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined. Let it simmer for a few minutes to let the flavors meld.
  3. Grab serving bowls and start with a scoop of cooked rice, adding the seasoned beef on top. Spoon salsa over the beef.
  4. Garnish with diced avocado, chopped cilantro, and shredded cheese.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Customize with black beans, corn, or jalapeños for added flavor. Use lime juice on avocado to prevent browning.
