- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven if using.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch round.
- Mix olive oil and minced garlic in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes to infuse.
- Brush the garlic oil generously over the dough, edge to edge.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the pizza.
- Add dollops of ricotta throughout the surface.
- Top with grated parmesan and optional cheeses like provolone or fontina if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly with browned spots.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Let rest for a couple minutes before slicing and serving.
