Description

Delightful Tortilla Pizza Rolls combine the comfort of pizza with the crisp texture of tortillas, perfect for snacks or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray or olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by 1/4 cup of pepperoni, 1 tablespoon of bell peppers, and 1 tablespoon of black olives.
  5. Add a pinch of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Place the seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute pepperoni with veggies. Can be made in advance and frozen before baking.
