Delightful Tortilla Pizza Rolls combine the comfort of pizza with the crisp texture of tortillas, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by 1/4 cup of pepperoni, 1 tablespoon of bell peppers, and 1 tablespoon of black olives.
- Add a pinch of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Place the seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute pepperoni with veggies. Can be made in advance and frozen before baking.
