Description

A heartwarming sandwich packed with layers of creamy cheddar, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch dressing, all grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing in a large mixing bowl. Stir until fully blended.
  2. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Place two slices of bread in the skillet, buttered side down.
  5. Divide the chicken mixture between the slices, pressing it down slightly.
  6. Top with the remaining slices of bread, keeping the buttered side up.
  7. Grill until bottom is golden brown, then flip carefully.
  8. Continue cooking until the other side is golden and cheese has melted.
  9. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
