- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing in a large mixing bowl. Stir until fully blended.
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices of bread in the skillet, buttered side down.
- Divide the chicken mixture between the slices, pressing it down slightly.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, keeping the buttered side up.
- Grill until bottom is golden brown, then flip carefully.
- Continue cooking until the other side is golden and cheese has melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
