Ingredients

  • 4 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
