- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup blueberries, pureed
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions until golden brown.
- Mix the yogurt with sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Divide the yogurt mixture into two bowls; fold in strawberry puree in one and blueberry puree in the other.
- Layer the mixtures into the baked pie crust, creating swirls with a spatula.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
