Description

A vibrant dessert with red, white, and blue layers of creamy yogurt and fresh fruit purees, perfect for summer celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions until golden brown.
  3. Mix the yogurt with sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Divide the yogurt mixture into two bowls; fold in strawberry puree in one and blueberry puree in the other.
  5. Layer the mixtures into the baked pie crust, creating swirls with a spatula.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
