- 12 ounces white chocolate chips (or white melting wafers)
- 1 cup blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Melt the white chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth.
- Dip the strawberries: Grab each strawberry by the stem, gently dip it into the melted white chocolate, coating about three-quarters of the berry.
- Add the sprinkles: Before the chocolate sets, quickly dip the bottom half of each strawberry into the blue sprinkles.
- Cool the strawberries: Place the decorated strawberries on the prepared baking sheet and allow them to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
