Description

An easy-to-make, creamy dessert featuring layers of fresh fruit and a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a large bowl until evenly coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust evenly.
  4. Layer the sliced bananas, chopped strawberries, and crushed pineapple on top.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit layers.
  6. Sprinkle optional chopped walnuts over the top if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes to allow to set.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Make-ahead for enhanced flavors; best enjoyed cold. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
