Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well combined.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  4. Divide the BBQ chicken mixture evenly on top of the flatbreads.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese and red onion slices over the chicken.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
