Description

Hot, flaky crescent rolls filled with cheesy scrambled eggs and your choice of breakfast meats, offering a warm and satisfying start to your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack)
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast meats (bacon, sausage, or ham)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or spinach)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl with salt and pepper.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a heated skillet until just set.
  4. Add the cooked meats and cheese to the scrambled eggs, mixing until combined.
  5. Prepare the crescent dough by unrolling it and separating it into triangles.
  6. Fill each triangle with a spoonful of the egg mixture at the wide end.
  7. Roll the dough over the filling, pinching the sides to seal.
  8. Arrange the rolls on a lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra shine, brush the tops with melted butter before baking. Assemble rolls the night before and refrigerate for a quick morning bake.
