Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a large bowl: Combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, flour, eggs, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture and form into patties.
- Fry fritters in hot oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
