Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Combine the brown butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Incorporate the dry mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden edges form.
- Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
