Instructions
- Combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside to rest for about 10–15 minutes.
- Blend the softened cream cheese, grated parmesan, and olive oil together in another bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto a serving platter.
- Spoon the tomato mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Serve immediately with baguette slices or crackers.
