Description

A creamy and flavorful bruschetta dip that combines fresh tomatoes, basil, and a rich cream cheese base, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Baguette slices or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside to rest for about 10–15 minutes.
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese, grated parmesan, and olive oil together in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto a serving platter.
  4. Spoon the tomato mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Serve immediately with baguette slices or crackers.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the tomato mixture in advance but avoid combining with the cream cheese until just before serving to prevent excess moisture.
