Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • 3 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • 1 Bag Cadbury Mini Eggs (9oz, crushed)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Mini Eggs: Place the Cadbury Mini Eggs in a zip-top bag and crush gently with a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add oats and protein powder. Stir briefly to blend.
  3. Add peanut butter and honey: Spoon in peanut butter and honey, and mix until thick and sticky.
  4. Fold in the Mini Eggs: Gently fold the crushed Mini Eggs into the mixture.
  5. Portion the mixture: Use a cookie scoop to dollop uniform portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Roll and smooth: Wet hands slightly and roll each scoop until smooth.
  7. Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
