Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin.
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Prepare the dry ingredients by whisking together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  7. Fill each muffin cup with about 1 tablespoon of dough, then create a small well in the center.
  8. Add about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter into the cavity of each cup.
  9. Top each filled cup with another tablespoon of cookie dough.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  11. Cool the cookie cups slightly before removing them from the tin.
