Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Prepare the dry ingredients by whisking together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
- Fill each muffin cup with about 1 tablespoon of dough, then create a small well in the center.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter into the cavity of each cup.
