A no-bake dessert featuring rich layers of chocolate and peanut butter, complemented by crunchy graham crackers and fluffy whipped topping.

- 1 package chocolate graham crackers
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup chocolate chips (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese together until smooth; set aside.
- Whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk until thickened, about 2 minutes; set aside.
- Repeat the process with the vanilla pudding mix, then set aside.
- Create your first layer in a 9×13 inch baking dish with a layer of chocolate graham crackers.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it carefully.
- Pour half of the chocolate pudding over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out evenly.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
- Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture over this layer.
- Pour the vanilla pudding over the peanut butter mixture, smoothing it out evenly.
- Finish with another layer of graham crackers, then spread the whipped topping evenly on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed peanuts on the whipped topping.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
This dessert gets better as it sits; plan to make it a day in advance for the best flavor. Can be customized with different types of pudding or toppings.
