Description

A no-bake dessert featuring rich layers of chocolate and peanut butter, complemented by crunchy graham crackers and fluffy whipped topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese together until smooth; set aside.
  2. Whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk until thickened, about 2 minutes; set aside.
  3. Repeat the process with the vanilla pudding mix, then set aside.
  4. Create your first layer in a 9×13 inch baking dish with a layer of chocolate graham crackers.
  5. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it carefully.
  6. Pour half of the chocolate pudding over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  7. Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
  8. Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture over this layer.
  9. Pour the vanilla pudding over the peanut butter mixture, smoothing it out evenly.
  10. Finish with another layer of graham crackers, then spread the whipped topping evenly on top.
  11. Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed peanuts on the whipped topping.
  12. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  13. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

This dessert gets better as it sits; plan to make it a day in advance for the best flavor. Can be customized with different types of pudding or toppings.
