Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

- Add the orange zest and mix until well blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh cranberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed without crushing them.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
