Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk the orange juice, vegetable oil, and egg in another bowl.
  4. Add the orange zest and mix until well blended.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the fresh cranberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed without crushing them.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
