Description

Delight in crunchy, tender salmon bites served with a zesty bang bang sauce, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches.
  2. Set up your breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in three shallow bowls.
  3. Dredge each piece of salmon in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the salmon bites in heated oil until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes on each side.
  5. Prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  6. Serve the salmon bites with the bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions.

Notes

To avoid sogginess, pat the salmon dry. You may bake instead of fry if preferred.
