Scale
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, halved
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

- Add the garlic: Lower the heat and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Combine green beans and season: Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and toss with mushrooms and garlic butter. Sprinkle in salt and black pepper to taste.
- Finish and serve: Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle with grated parmesan, parsley, and rosemary. Serve immediately.
Notes
