- ½ cup finely chopped pistachios
- ¼ cup honey for drizzling

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla to the cream cheese, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the finely chopped pistachios.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
- Cool the cheesecake bars at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
