Description

A delightful pizza featuring creamy ricotta, mozzarella, feta, and vibrant spinach topped with roasted garlic for a rich and flavorful experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Slice the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil before wrapping it in foil.
  3. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  4. Sauté the fresh spinach with a splash of olive oil until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  6. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the rolled-out dough.
  7. Squeeze the roasted garlic onto the ricotta.
  8. Layer the sautéed spinach, followed by the mozzarella and feta.
  9. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  11. Slice and serve.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare garlic in advance and refrigerate. Spinach can be sautéed a day ahead.
