- 1 pizza dough
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Slice the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil before wrapping it in foil.
- Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Sauté the fresh spinach with a splash of olive oil until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the rolled-out dough.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic onto the ricotta.
- Layer the sautéed spinach, followed by the mozzarella and feta.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Prepare garlic in advance and refrigerate. Spinach can be sautéed a day ahead.
