Description

A comforting homemade lasagna with layers of tender pasta, creamy béchamel, rich marinara, tender chicken, and vibrant spinach.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna Sheets
  • Tender Chicken, shredded
  • Spinach, fresh
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Béchamel Sauce
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Garlic Bread (for serving)
  • Salad (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, fresh spinach, and ricotta cheese.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the lasagna sheets, followed by the chicken-spinach mixture, béchamel sauce, and marinara. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used.
  6. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
  9. Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve with garlic bread and salad.

Notes

For best flavor, assemble the lasagna a day in advance and refrigerate before baking.
