- Lasagna Sheets
- Tender Chicken, shredded
- Spinach, fresh
- Ricotta Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Béchamel Sauce
- Marinara Sauce
- Garlic Bread (for serving)
- Salad (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, fresh spinach, and ricotta cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer the lasagna sheets, followed by the chicken-spinach mixture, béchamel sauce, and marinara. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with garlic bread and salad.
Notes
For best flavor, assemble the lasagna a day in advance and refrigerate before baking.
