- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large sandwich rolls
Instructions
- Fry the bacon in a medium heat pan until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to paper towels and chop.
- Mix chicken and bacon in a medium bowl, adding ranch dressing to coat well.
- Prepare toppings by slicing the tomato and shredding the lettuce.
- Assemble the sandwich by filling rolls with the chicken-bacon mixture, topping with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
- Optional – Heat the sandwich in a panini press until cheese melts.
